Operations Executive

The Operations Executive will play a vital role in our customer-centric operations. They will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing various processes, ensuring efficient and effective support for our customers. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.

Manage and oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate information. Resolve customer issues and complaints, maintaining high satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes. Implement and maintain efficient operational procedures. Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Train and mentor junior team members, fostering a positive work environment. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices. Provide regular reports and updates to the management team. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in a similar operations role, preferably in the BFSI industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Proficiency in using MS Office and relevant operational software. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
