JOB SUMMARY

The Front of House Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily front of house operations of multiple food and beverage outlets, ensuring consistent quality, profitability, and exceptional guest experiences across all venues. This role provides leadership, direction, and support to outlet supervisors and staff, while maintaining compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

The Front of House Manager will collaborate closely with the Food and Beverage Manager and Executive Chef to drive financial performance, enhance service standards, and achieve departmental goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee the operation and performance of multiple food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, lounges, and gaming floor service. Develop, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across all locations. Aid in managing financial performance by analyzing sales, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability.

Lead and mentor outlet supervisors and staff to achieve high levels of service and productivity.
