• Hanover, MA, Position Type: Part Time, Salary Range: $16.50 - $25.00Hourly, Preschool Gymnastics Coach Reports to: Assistant Director- Gymnastics Mondays and Wednesdays 8:45am-12pm (other hours available if interested) CORE EXPECTATIONS:
• Responsible for the coaching of pre-school & Early Learning Center classes.
• Follows class curriculum and ensures age appropriation activities & Safety in the gym.
• Follows all YMCA as well as the Gymnastics studios Rules & policiesQualifications: Age requirements: can be under the age of 18yrs with proper work permit.
• Willingness to accept responsibility.
• Be Enthusiastic.
• Must be able to lift & move gymnastics equipment up to 40lbs.
• Possess effective Teaching & Coaching skills.
• Have a working knowledge of the fundamental skills & progressions in the gymnastics program.
• Possess proper spotting techniques.
• Possess organizational skills.
