Apartment Bulk Removal Contractor

• TX 78728, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Responsibilities: Provide safe, professional, and dependable bulk removal, unit trash-outs, and loose trash removal services at apartment communities. Maintain high-quality work standards and excellent customer service.

Compensation

& Payment: Paid weekly on Fridays, based on load size and quantity. Before-and-after trailer photos are required for every load. Missing documentation may result in reduced or withheld payment. Gas is not reimbursed. Dump fees are reimbursed with receipts and before-and-after photos. Pay Rates Bulk Removal ¼ Load: $140 (1 load/day), $130/load (2 loads), $120/load (3 loads), or $110/load (4+ loads) ½ Load: $150 ¾ Load: $175 Full Load: $200 Unit Trash-Outs & Loose Trash Removal ¼ Load: $150 ½ Load: $175 ¾ Load: $200 Full Load: $275 Additional Compensation $25 per flight of stairs, where applicable.

Parking garage work: Additional compensation capped at $50 per load. $25 per load when feces are present. Insurance Requirements: Contractors must maintain required commercial general liability insurance with limits of at least $1 million per occurrence and $2 million aggregate. Commercial auto liability insurance is also required when applicable, with the limits specified in the subcontractor agreement.

Qualifications

Pickup truck with trailer(at least 16ft) or dump truck Valid standard driver's license and clean driving record (past 3 years) Reliable, hard-working, and positive attitude Ability to lift 50lbs or heavier repeatedly Ability to work in inclement weather
