We are looking for an Engineer

• Production who will join Mechanical & Paintshop Team at Dishwasher Plant. Supporting the production in accordance with the daily production plan, Validating new product references on the press lines, Identifying bottleneck zones and request program changes, Studying quality and cost reduction projects, Taking part in Energy-saving projects, Reducing the overtime period, Supporting work safety studies. The position is located in Ankara. How do we describe the perfect fit? Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related departments, Masters/Doctorate degree is a plus, Knowledge and experience of Production Technologies, Having experience in project management, Having experience in quality&efficiency improvement project and techniques, Knowledge of sheet metal production techniques which are cut length, deep drawing, cutting, forming, bending etc. process Knowledge of sheet metal die design and revision Knowledge of hydraulic&transfer press and its feeding systems, Knowledge of reading pneumatic, hydraulic & electrical schemes, Having experience in managing and implementing energy projects, Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 50001 Standards, Defining and solving production and quality problems in short and long term using 6 sigma and other tools, Leading and/or participating maintenance activities and projects, Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs Strong knowledge of Siemens NX program Excellent verbal and written skills in English Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies, Outside the box thinking ability, Open to innovation culture, Flexible and open to new perspectives, A great team player with a self initiative mindset, Knowing what empathy really means, Being open to communications always our priority.
