Direct Support Professional - Part-Time in Eastover

Provides direct support, care, and training to individuals receiving services in a community residential setting in accordance with agency policies, person-centered plans, and applicable regulations. Assists individuals with daily living activities, promotes independence, and supports the achievement of personal goals through the implementation of training programs and skill-building activities.

Collects and documents data related to individual outcomes and progress. Provides guidance, encouragement, and behavioral support as needed while fostering dignity, choice, and community inclusion. Maintains supervision, accountability, and the health and safety of all individuals within the assigned setting.
