Job description

Bevatel is hiring a Senior Partnership Specialist. This role is critical for managing, cultivating, and expanding relationships with external partners, vendors, and organizations to drive growth and meet our strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

Relationship Management: Cultivating and maintaining long-term partnerships, serving as the main point of contact. Strategic Development: Identifying new partner opportunities to support business growth and expanding existing partnerships. Negotiation & Contracts: Drafting, negotiating, and executing Mo. Us and partnership agreements.

Performance Monitoring: Tracking partner performance against compliance standards, KPIs, and service agreements. Collaboration: Coordinating with internal teams to integrate partner contributions effectively. Reporting: Preparing periodic reports on partner activities, ROI, and program performance.

Requirements

Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. (Master’s degree or MBA is a plus). Professional Experience: Typically 3–5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, account management, or strategic alliances.

Industry Knowledge: Proven track record of managing multi-stakeholder projects and a solid understanding of [Insert your specific industry, e.g., Tech, NGO, or Finance] landscapes. Technical & Functional Skills: Contractual Literacy: Strong ability to draft and interpret legal documents, such as Memorandums of Understanding (Mo.

Us), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and non-disclosure agreements. Data Analysis & ROI: Proficiency in tracking KPIs and using data to measure the success of a partnership. Experience with CRM tools (like Salesforce or Hub. Spot) is often essential. Negotiation Strategy: Advanced skills in principled negotiation to ensure "win-win" outcomes that align with the organization’s long-term strategic goals.

Project Management: Ability to manage multiple partnership pipelines simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met by both internal and external parties. Soft Skills & Competencies: Stakeholder Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional boundaries.

Communication Excellence: Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting partnership proposals to C-suite executives or external boards. Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the "big picture" and identify how a potential partner aligns with the organization's 3-year or 5-year growth plan. Adaptability: Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where partnership priorities or market conditions may shift rapidly.
