Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design large-scale developments
- Lead architectural planning and design reviews
- Ensure compliance with KMBR, NBC and statutory regulations
- Coordinate with structural, MEP and project teams
- Interact with clients, consultants and authorities
- Manage approvals and design submissions
- Guide junior architects and drafting teams Key Performance Indicators

- B.Arch Experience
- 8+ Years in High-Rise Apartments, Commercial Buildings, Shopping Malls or Mixed-Use Developments Software Skills
- AutoCAD
- Revit
- Sketch. Up
- Lumion Preferred Candidate Applicants with proven experience in high-rise apartment projects, commercial complexes, shopping malls and mixed developments will be given preference.
