Operations Process Leader

Your main responsibilities: Supervising warehouse staff and ensuring efficient, timely loading and unloading of Line Haul operations at the Depot; Ensuring accurate and timely sorting of shipments assigned to courier routes; Handling damaged shipments in accordance with applicable procedures and safety regulations; Reporting on the technical condition of the sorter and other warehouse equipment to maintain operational continuity; Actively cooperating and communicating with other departments to support cross-functional efficiency.

This is the right job for you if you: Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position in a warehouse or courier company; Have communicative Polish skills; Possess strong task delegation, planning, and organizational skills; Are proficient in MS Office; Are familiar with Health & Safety (BHP) and Fire Protection (PPOŻ) regulations; Stand out with strong communication skills and enjoy working with others; Are capable of making independent and quick decisions; Demonstrate high personal culture and professionalism; Are open to shift work (including night shifts).
