Key Responsibilities

As a Caregiver or CNA, you will provide essential one-on-one assistance to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes: Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene. Mobility Support: Provide safe transfer assistance, ambulation, and walking support.

Companionship: Offer warm, engaging conversation and meaningful social interaction. Meal Prep & Nutrition: Prepare healthy, tailored meals and assist with feeding when needed. Medication Reminders: Help clients stay on schedule with their daily medication regimens. Light Housekeeping: Assist with basic tidy-ups, laundry, dishwashing, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Observation & Reporting: Monitor health and safety, immediately reporting changes in client condition to our care coordinator.

What We Are Looking For

A sincere passion for helping seniors and vulnerable adults. Dependability: Punctual, reliable, and committed to showing up for scheduled shifts. Experience / Certification: Prior caregiving, home health, or personal care experience preferred. Valid Alabama CNA license (for CNA applicants) or readiness to complete caregiver training.

Requirements

Must pass a comprehensive background screening and drug test.
