Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Provide medication reminders and assist with mobility and transfers. Monitor and report changes in client’s health status to supervising nurse or family members. Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed. Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment.

Offer companionship and emotional support to clients. Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation of services provided.

Qualifications

Valid CNA certification Compassionate Caregiver. Ability to work independently and follow care plans accurately. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
