We are currently looking for an Associate Business Analyst to support our project teams in delivering successful transformation projects. You will provide critical support to multiple team members across the project.

Key Responsibilities
Day-to-Day Collaboration: Act as a practical sparring partner to the project leads and other team members, brainstorming approaches for daily project challenges and finding ways to improve our delivery on the ground Comprehensive Documentation: Create and manage a wide variety of project documentation—extending beyond standard business processes to include detailed process mapping, requirements gathering, and overarching project deliverables Project & Workshop Support: Support the planning, coordination, and execution of process workshops Client Deliverables: Design and create highly professional presentation materials for client meetings, workshops, and steering committees Meeting Management: Prepare accurate minutes of meetings (Mo.
Ms) and ensure all actions and decisions are clearly documented and followed up Quality Assurance: Coordinate with project teams to ensure all documentation is structured, accurate, and delivered on time Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams throughout the lifecycle of transformation initiatives Requirements About you: Experience and Passion: You have 1–4 years of experience and a genuine passion for—and practical track record in—driving improvement initiatives and process optimization Background: Prior consulting experience in transformation or implementation projects is required.
You are highly adaptable and comfortable making pivots when project demands shift; you can easily change direction when necessary and do not rely on rigid approaches Domain Knowledge: Experience in the maritime industry is an advantage, though not a strict requirement Technical Skills: You possess strong Microsoft 365 and reporting tools skills and the ability to craft compelling, professional client presentations.
Experience in working with process mapping tools like Microsoft Visio, Miro, draw.io etc. is an advantage. Knowledge of or certification in Six Sigma is preferred. Experience working with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies is considered an advantage Organization: You are structured, highly detail-oriented, and capable of managing and prioritizing tasks Communication: You have excellent written documentation skills, as well as strong overarching communication and stakeholder management abilities Languages: You are fluent in written and spoken English.
