NOW HIRING: COOK Shifts Available: 6AM-2PM 11AM-7PM Every other weekend is required.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare meals and follow establishment recipes in accordance with prescribed dietary plans and resident preferences. Ensure proper food handling, preparation, and storage standards comply with safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist in setting up dining trays and plating meals to ensure appealing presentation and accurate portion sizes.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment, including equipment sanitization. Collaborate with the dietary team and clinical staff to accommodate special dietary needs and restrictions.

Qualifications

Serv. Safe certification required. Previous commercial cooking, batch cooking, or culinary experience (experience in long-term care or healthcare settings is a plus). Knowledge of food safety, food handling procedures, and sanitation standards. A strong work ethic, team spirit, and a passionate, resident-centered attitude.
