Driver Trainer

Deliver practical and classroom-based training for new and existing drivers Conduct competency assessments across bulk tanker, cylinder and ISO operations Coach and mentor drivers to strengthen capability and safe driving practices Conduct in-cab observations, route assessments and field safety audits Deliver Dangerous Goods awareness, defensive driving and vehicle risk management training Support driver competency reassessments and ongoing development is part of your role Review driver performance and provide practical coaching following driving events, incidents or non-conformances You will contribute to driver training materials, competency assessments, SOPs and toolbox talks Support transport safety, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives
