Police Reserve Officer

The Broken Arrow Police Department is currently seeking to increase its number of C.L.E.E.T. certified police reserve officers. Applicants would undergo a multi-step hiring process similar to the one in place for full-time officers. The hiring process will include: Physical agility/obstacle course Written exam Panel interview Chief interview Background investigation Polygraph examination Standardized law enforcement psychological testing (MMPI) Appointees will have uniforms, firearms, and other duty equipment issued.
