Assistant HR Director

Location:  1102 Human Resources Pay Grade:  A22 FLSA Status: Exempt Under limited supervision, this position assists the Human Resources Director in managing and overseeing the Human Resources Department, including, but not limited to: supervising and managing employees, making policy and practice recommendations and decisions, and managing projects.

Serves as the Human Resources Director in absence of the Human Resources Director. T his position performs duties deemed to be “safety sensitive" and is therefore subjected to random drug testing under the City’s policies
