Position is responsible for custodial and general maintenance duties at the Army Aviation Support Facility #2 and FMS at Donaldson Center. Performs routine custodial work assists in maintenance of building systems. Supervises part-time and contract custodial work as required. Clean and sanitize bathrooms using established practices and procedures.

Refill bathroom dispensers, wash walls, toilets and urinals. Clean mirrors, counter tops, and cabinets by following instructions regarding the use of chemical and supplies as directed by the manufacturer.
