Principal AI Engineer

We are looking for a Principal AI Engineer with an end-to-end vision of AI systems, able to connect business needs with technical solutions. The role combines hands-on development with architectural design, focusing on building, automating, and deploying production-grade AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Build the AI-first foundation for e-commerce platform: Help design the end-to-end architectural structure for production-grade AI systems powering a rental platform (not just prototypes). Architect LLM/agentic RAG and agentic workflow patterns (orchestration, tool use, integrations) aligned with enterprise-grade quality and reliability expectations.

Establish standards for governance, safety guardrails, evaluation, monitoring/observability, auditability and cost control for AI in production. Build/guide the implementation of agentic workflows (multi-step automation, tool calling, structured outputs, human approvals). Help shape operational building blocks like pricing and fleet logic where AI automation is a lever to boost effectiveness and customer centricity.
