Tacker I

The Tacker plays a critical role in the fabrication process by accurately fitting, aligning, and preparing tubing, flanges, fittings, and assemblies for welding in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications. This role applies knowledge of geometry, welding principles, material behavior, and weld shrinkage to ensure proper assembly fit-up and dimensional accuracy.

By interpreting blueprints, following workmanship and quality standards, and collaborating with production teams, the Tacker helps ensure efficient manufacturing flow, high-quality welded assemblies, and compliance with customer and company requirements.
