Outreach Lead

Role Summary

Outreach Leads serve as the front line of Faith U on campus. They initiate conversations, represent Faith U at outreach events, and help new students feel welcomed and informed. Ministry Area/Department College Ministry Position Outreach Lead Accountable To Connection Coordinator Ministry Target College Students (Unreached & New) Position Is Volunteer Position May Be Filled By Church Member Minimum Maturity Level Maturing Christian with confidence in initiating faith conversations and representing the ministry well.

Responsibilities/Duties: Participate in campus tabling and outreach initiatives Personally invite students to Faith U events and church Help distribute flyers, QR codes, and digital sign-ups Assist in tracking students reached through outreach
