Breakfast Server- Hotel - AM and Weekends - Restaurant Server

Join Our Team as a Restaurant Server at the DoubleTree by Hilton Asheville Downtown. At Parks Hospitality Group , we are looking for a collaborative and encouraging Restaurant Server to join our Food & Beverage family.

In this vital, leadership-on-the-floor role, you will do more than deliver exceptional service—you will serve as a mentor and guide for our serving staff. Working alongside our management team, you will help train new hires, support your peers during busy rushes, and foster a positive team culture where everyone can thrive.

What You’ll Do: Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, attentive service throughout their dining experience. Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all requests are met to guest satisfaction. Assist in training and mentoring new servers on procedures and service standards. Address guest complaints professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.

Monitor the dining area to ensure smooth service and address disruptions or issues. Coordinate with the kitchen and staff to deliver food and beverages efficiently. Maintain thorough menu knowledge to answer guest questions and provide recommendations. Ensure tables are cleared and reset quickly, maintaining cleanliness and organization.

Support opening and closing duties, including setting up and cleaning dining areas. What You’ll Need: High school diploma or equivalent. At least 2 years of restaurant serving experience. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Leadership abilities with experience in mentoring or training others. Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
