Account Manager

About the Role

As an Account Manager (AM), you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing customers. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term value while identifying opportunities to expand accounts through upsells and renewals. This role is suited for professionals who are relationship-driven, organized, and comfortable managing multiple accounts while owning revenue and retention targets.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with an assigned portfolio of customers
• Serve as the primary point of contact for ongoing client communication
• Understand customer needs, goals, and challenges
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and support
• Resolve customer issues and escalate when needed
• Maintain accurate account data, notes, and activity in the CRM
• Consistently meet or exceed retention and revenue targets Preferred Qualifications
• 3–6+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a customer-facing role
• Proven experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Experience using CRM systems (Hub. Spot, Salesforce, or similar)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Customer-focused and performance-driven mindset Location Remote – United States or Canada Salary and Benefits
• Base Salary: USD $70,000 – $100,000 annually
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): USD $100,000 – $150,000
