WHAT YOU'LL DO

Provide exceptional, personalized customer service Build relationships and create a welcoming retail experience Learn our meal prep products and make confident recommendations Process purchases and keep the storefront clean and organized Create an experience that keeps customers coming back WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Friendly, confident, and professional personality Strong communication and people skills Genuine interest in creating exceptional customer experiences Pride in your work and appearance Interest in health, wellness, and meal prep Ability to thrive in a high-standard, team-oriented environment Experience in luxury retail, boutique retail, upscale hospitality, customer experience, or relationship-based sales is a plus.

Career Growth Retail Customer Experience Specialists start at $17/hour, with earning potential up to $21/hour. Top performers can advance to Lead Hospitality Specialist at $19/hour, with earning potential up to $23/hour. 4-Day Workweek Enjoy a mostly consistent schedule with three weekday shifts and one weekend shift.

Team members are assigned within a district and must be willing to work at different fit-flavors locations as needed.
