Spa Receptionist – Job Description Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service. Handle spa reservations, inquiries, and cancellations. Explain spa treatments, packages, and promotions. Coordinate appointments with spa therapists. Handle guest payments and maintain accurate records. Promote spa services to maximize revenue.

Ensure the spa reception area is clean and organized.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field. Previous experience in spa reception, front office, or hospitality preferred. Good command of English and Thai. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Pleasant personality with a service-minded attitude. Good computer skills and knowledge of reservation systems.
