Trainer

We are looking for an experienced trainer to join our team and help us deliver top-notch soft skills training. The trainer will be responsible for designing and conducting engaging training sessions, covering a range of essential soft skills. The role is crucial in helping our clients develop their communication and interview skills, ultimately enhancing their employability and career prospects.

Design and deliver interactive training sessions on communication skills, email and telephone etiquette, interview techniques, and corporate grooming. Conduct rigorous mock interview sessions, providing constructive feedback on body language, voice modulation, and answers. Create and update training materials, ensuring they are engaging and relevant to the target audience.

Collaborate with the HR team to identify training needs and develop tailored training programs. Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback from participants to continuously improve the training experience. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in soft skills training. Build strong relationships with clients and understand their specific training requirements.

Provide post-training support and follow-up to ensure the long-term success of the training programs. Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and participant progress. Minimum of 3 years of experience in soft skills training, preferably in a corporate setting. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.

Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs. Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies. Proficiency in using training tools and technologies, including virtual training platforms. Ability to work independently and manage multiple training projects simultaneously.

Excellent organizational and time management skills. A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for helping others develop their skills. Willingness to travel to different locations for training delivery (if required). Any relevant certifications or qualifications in training and development will be an advantage.
