Contact Centre Agent

Our clinic in Miranda is looking for enthusiastic Contact Centre Agent to join our team. This is a casual opportunity , offering 8.5 hours shifts based on business requirements. The contact centre operates Monday to Friday, with shifts scheduled between 8:00am – 5:00pm or 8:30 – 5:30pm. As a Contact Centre Agent, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive patient experience.

You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our patients, helping them navigate their appointments with professionalism, empathy and care.

Your responsibilities

Answering phone calls for bookings across Hamilton region promptly and handling inquiries professionally. Provide empathetic support and guidance during phone interactions. Collaborate with other contact centre agents to meet service level targets. Building relationships with the technical and clerical teams, patients, and referrers.

What we’re looking for: ✅ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. ✅ A knack for organisation and managing appointments with ease. ✅ Comfort with using multiple systems and technology. ✅ Ability to relate to and communicate with a wide range of patients, drawing on your life experience to provide empathetic and understanding support.
