Customer Relationship Executive

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of Digitide Solutions, representing the company and its brand. Your primary role is to establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling their inquiries, providing product and service information, and resolving any issues they may have.

Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner. Listen to and understand customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback. Provide accurate and timely information about our products and services. Offer solutions and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure a positive customer experience.

Build and maintain a database of customer interactions and feedback. Collaborate with other teams to improve customer service processes. Stay updated with the latest company policies, products, and services. Handle customer escalations and provide timely responses. Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A customer-centric approach and a passion for building relationships. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in MS Office and customer relationship management tools. Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.

Knowledge of the BFSI industry is an advantage. A positive and enthusiastic attitude. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
