We’re looking for someone with… 4-5 years of leadership experience, ideally overseeing performance based team members An interest in representing and leading an organization rooted in Catholic values A proven record of developing teams and meeting or exceeding goals Experience coaching direct reports and motivating teams to achieve results Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting skills The ability to oversee multiple functions with excellence Warm, clear communication, written and verbal Comfort with software and technology
