Position Number: 680093-41-0098 FLSA Status: Non-exempt POSITION SUMMARY: General maintenance mechanic duties as assigned by a Maintenance Supervisor in areas of installations, maintenance, and repair of all components associated with plumbing.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Inspects, adjusts, service, and repairs plumbing fixtures and systems and all elements and components associated with plumbing operation; Assists in preparation of material lists; Maintains records; Diagnoses and correct deficiencies in existing plumbing systems. Completes other duties as assigned.
