Compensation

& Benefits Pay Range: $32- $44/per hour The pay range for this position is included in the job description. The listed range represents the broader pay scale for the role. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

Lead fabrication, assembly, and installation of sheet metal systems for commercial HVAC applications Manage crews and coordinate daily jobsite activities Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards Communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders Build strong working relationships with crews, clients, and partners Supervise apprentices, mechanics, lead mechanics, and journeymen Maintain a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction throughout each phase of the project Qualifications Minimum of 8 years of sheet metal experience Proven leadership experience in commercial HVAC projects Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills All Candidates Must have essential hand tools required for the trade Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Must be able to pass pre-employment screening, including drug screen and background checks as required Skills That Set You Apart Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach Commitment to safe work practices and proper tool use Ability to deliver high-quality, professional workmanship Effective communication and leadership skills Ability to remain adaptable and professional in a fast-paced environment Work Environment and Physical Requirements This is a hands-on leadership role in a commercial construction environment.
