Unlike other cooking positions in hospitality (restaurants, hotels, resorts), in this role you’ll have the opportunity to build life-long relationships serving our residents and experience their gratitude for a job well-done.

Additionally, late shifts are not part of this job, so you can get home and enjoy your nights! W orking as a Cook, with our Dining Services team, you will: Be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, including properly preparing, serving, and storing food Ensure the special dietary needs of residents are met Make a significant contribution to our residents' quality of life by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistency of meals prepared and served Demonstrate organizational skills around time management Work in a team environment where communication is key Promote the mission, values, and beliefs of Cascade Living Requirements: Experience as a Cook preferred (preferably in restaurant, hotel/resort, or healthcare setting) Possess a current WA State Food Handlers Permit (Food Workers Card) or Serve Safe Certification Minimum age requirement of 18 years old Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check We are looking for great people that encompass: Care and compassion Open-mindedness The desire to make a difference If you have the above qualities, we are willing to mentor and train you to be part of the dining services team at a Cascade Living Group community.
