Job Summary
Analyzes current processes to identify inefficiencies and implements improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct process mapping, analysis, and documentation. Identify gaps and bottlenecks in existing processes. Propose and implement process improvement strategies. Collaborate with departments to gather data and feedback. Facilitate continuous improvement workshops and training. Measure and report on improvement results.
Support change management and communication efforts. Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, or other improvement methodologies. Maintain process documentation and standards. Assist in developing KPIs and performance metrics.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. Experience in process analysis and improvement methodologies. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma preferred.
