Credit Processing Analyst

As a Credit Processing Analyst, you will play a vital role in our back-office operations, specifically within the CLM Domestic BFSI department. Your primary responsibility will be to handle and process credit applications and related documentation with precision and efficiency. This role is integral to maintaining the smooth flow of financial transactions and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Process credit applications, verifying accuracy and completeness of information. Review and analyze credit reports, financial statements, and other relevant documents. Calculate and assess credit risks, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all credit processing activities.

Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to ensure a seamless credit processing journey. Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues in credit applications promptly. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in credit processing. Provide support and guidance to junior analysts as needed. Ensure data security and confidentiality throughout the credit processing process.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in credit processing or a similar role. Strong knowledge of credit analysis and risk assessment techniques. Proficiency in using credit processing software and tools. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel. Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the financial industry. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
