Sr. General and Operations Manager

We are looking for a Sr. General and Operations Manager in San Diego, California . Contingent Upon Contract Award Summary Leads organizational operations across multiple FRCSW departments, setting priorities, directing resources, and ensuring alignment with command objectives. Oversees policies, workflow optimization, and cross-department coordination.

Provides executive-level guidance, resolves operational issues, manages mission-critical initiatives, and ensures that personnel, materials, and processes support production, engineering, and business functions efficiently.

Responsibilities

Direct day-to-day operations and workforce activities. Develop and implement operational policies and strategic plans. Manage budgets, schedules, and performance metrics. Lead cross-functional coordination with engineering, logistics, and IT teams. Ensure compliance with FRCSW, NAVAIR, and DoD regulations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Master’s preferred). 10+ years of senior-level management experience in defense, logistics, or aviation support environments. Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale technical or administrative programs. Must possess an active Secret Clearance
