Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for administering Human Resources functions for the CIA’s California campuses. Under the direction of Human Resources leadership, the Human Resources Generalist will collaborate with campus staff to implement the policies and procedures of the Human Resources Department and will act as a liaison to meet the needs of California-based Leadership, Managers and employees as it relates to Human Resources functions.
