Legal Counsel Corporate

As Legal Counsel Corporate, you are part of the Corporate Legal team and report to the Manager Corporate Legal. You act as a business partner on corporate legal, corporate governance, M&A, financing and other strategic matters. You work closely with the headquarter departments Strategy & Markets, Treasury , and Group Finance and the Offshore Energy and Dredging & Infrastructure business units .

You also work with external stakeholders such as financing banks, auditors, public authorities , and notaries. In addition, you support the coordination and oversight of Van Oord's litigation and disputes . This gives you a broad view of the organisation and the opportunity to contribute to both strategic decisions and the way Van Oord manages legal risks across the group.
