Customer Due Diligence Officer x27

Job Description Responsible for conducting Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) reviews to ensure that customer information is accurate, complete and compliant with regulatory requirements and the Bank's internal policies. Verify client identities, supporting documentation and beneficial ownership information to ensure completeness and accuracy of KYC records.

Conduct periodic KYC reviews and client information updates in line with established risk classifications and review cycles. Identify and resolve discrepancies, incomplete documentation and outstanding KYC requirements through engagement with relevant stakeholders Support customer onboarding and KYC remediation initiatives while ensuring adherence to agreed turnaround times and service standards.

Promote and educate customers on the use of digital self-service platforms for KYC updates and maintenance. Identify and escalate potential compliance breaches, unusual customer information and emerging financial crime risks.

Qualifications

and Experience Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Risk Management, or a related discipline. 1-year relevant experience in Banking operations, KYC, customer onboarding, compliance or financial crime risk management.
