We are seeking a data-driven CRM & Marketing Automation Executive who pairs analytical rigour with genuine creative flair for email. You'll own the full lifecycle of your clients' CRM programmes — auditing what's live, shaping the strategy, and building the campaigns and flows that turn it into revenue.

You'll sit at the centre of the client relationship, turning platform data into commercial recommendations and keeping clients ahead of a shifting landscape — from privacy legislation to deliverability changes. You'll work primarily in Klaviyo, with exposure to other ESPs and CRMs, across a portfolio of some of the most exciting brands in Ireland and Europe.

This is a hybrid role. We work in our office in Dublin city centre on Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays. The rest of the week you decide where you work, in the office or remotely. What is the Opportunity As a CRM & Marketing Automation Executive, you will audit clients’ current email marketing activity, learn about their business, their customers and develop and execute enhanced strategies that drive remarkable results. You will oversee all aspects of email marketing campaigns, including market research, automation set up, list management, A/B testing, written content, email design and reporting.

In this Role you will (Tasks) Audit legacy email campaigns, identifying strengths and weaknesses Develop all kinds of email strategies in ecommerce, B2B, lead nurturing, newsletters etc. Execute effective list segmentation strategies Plan, design and build automated flows and campaigns to cover the full lifecycle Write compelling email copy & design engaging email templates Manage campaign performance, optimisation and reporting Communicate strategy, project progress and results to clients and teammates Find opportunities for new and existing clients to generate business growth through email What will make you stand out AI-Forward, Not Just AI-Aware: You use Claude, ChatGPt or other LLMs alongside Klaviyo's own AI tools to audit accounts and surface insights — and know how to sense-check the output rather than trust it blindly.

Flow & Funnel Thinker: You understand why a flow is structured the way it is — the psychology, the timing, the trigger logic — and can defend it with data. Beyond Email: You've built strategy across the wider Klaviyo suite — SMS, WhatsApp, Reviews, Marketing Analytics, K-Social — not just email in isolation. Diagnostic Instinct: When a metric moves, you want to know why before you're asked.

Bonus points if you've worked across more than one ESP and can speak to the trade-offs (e.g. Klaviyo vs. Active. Campaign vs. Hub. Spot). Essential Qualifications 2+ years hands-on experience managing email campaigns & automations Robust Klaviyo knowledge of the capabilities of the platform Experience working with additional recognised email platforms (e.

g. Hubspot, Salesforce, Active. Campaign etc.) will be considered a plus A degree in Marketing or Advertising or related field. Experience in any other digital marketing areas (Pad Social, Paid Search, SEO) will be considered a plus Experience working in an agency environment will be considered a plus Core Competencies Passion for email marketing, CRM and automation You've managed automated flows and campaigns, and can navigate Klaviyo and other ESPs with ease.
