Lead Audio Visual Installation Technician - Full Time

Job Overview: REn. Visioning Technology, LLC is seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Audio Visual Installation Technician to join our team on a full-time basis. This role will involve leading a small team of technicians in the installation of audio visual systems for our commercial clients in MA and NH. The successful candidate will have a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail.Responsibilities:- Lead a team of technicians in the installation of audio visual systems, including but not limited to: displays, projectors, sound systems, video conferencing equipment, and control systems

• Ensure that all installations are completed on time and within budget
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the installation process
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and other team members to ensure successful project completion
• Provide training and support to junior technicians as needed
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all company policies and proceduresRequirements:- 3+ years of experience in commercial audio visual installation
• Strong knowledge of audio visual equipment and systems
• Experience leading a team of technicians
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a drug test
• Preferred Certifications: CTS or CTS-I, OSHA 10, Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Clearone, and Cisco CertificationsBenefits:
