Monitoring Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Specialist

General Position Summary The MEL Specialist will manage and oversee high-quality monitoring and evaluation data collection for the Enter Energy Ethiopia Program, working closely with Mercy Corps teams and local partners. The role includes leading surveys, coordinating data collection across both project sites, analyzing data to generate insights, gathering participant and stakeholder feedback, and supporting report writing.

S/he will also lead program learning and reflection processes and ensure that performance monitoring and results reporting tools are in place, aligned, and effectively implemented throughout the project cycle.
