Commis Bakery (Immediate Joiners)

The Commis – Bakery is responsible for assisting in the preparation and production of baked goods, including breads, croissants, and desserts, while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and baking of breads, cakes, pastries, and other bakery items Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients according to standard recipes Support senior chefs in daily bakery operations Ensure all food items are prepared as per quality and presentation standards Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bakery section Follow food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP guidelines) Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control Properly store ingredients and finished products Operate bakery equipment safely (ovens, mixers, proofers) Assist in receiving and checking deliveries Requirements: Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients Culinary or bakery certification is an advantage.

2 years of experience in a bakery. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and take direction
