Description Overview: The Warranty Administrator manages all manufacturer warranty claims for the dealership, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reimbursement. This role requires strong attention to detail, familiarity with OEM systems, and the ability to collaborate effectively with service and accounting teams.
Responsibilities
Prepare and submit warranty claims accurately and efficiently Review repair orders for completeness and proper documentation Communicate with manufacturers regarding claim status and approvals Track and reconcile warranty payments and credits Ensure compliance with OEM and dealership policies Support the Service Manager and technicians with warranty questions Maintain up-to-date knowledge of manufacturer guidelines
