Monetization Manager

Description We are seeking a hands-on Monetization Manager to turn customer lifecycle activity into measurable commercial results. Building on the customer-journey function, this role has a sharper mandate: develop journeys, offers, and campaigns that improve customer retention and revenue, working through the Technical Operations team to implement them.

Responsibilities

· Plan and execute customer lifecycle journeys, offers, and campaigns focused on retention and revenue. · Translate commercial initiatives into clear implementation briefs for the Technical Operations team. · Analyze customer cohorts and campaign performance to identify opportunities and improve results. · Execute targeted upsell, reactivation, and retention initiatives. · Monitor conversion, retention, and incremental revenue outcomes and adjust campaigns accordingly. · Coordinate campaign execution with Technical Operations and relevant business stakeholders. · Test and optimize customer journeys, targeting, and offers based on performance data. · Maintain clear campaign plans, follow-up actions, and performance reporting.

Requirements

· Hands-on experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, customer journeys, or monetization. · Experience building campaigns and working with technical or operations teams to implement journeys. · Strong analytical skills, including cohort analysis and campaign performance monitoring. · Commercial orientation with a focus on retention, upsell, reactivation, and revenue. · Ability to translate business objectives into clear briefs and actionable campaigns. · Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives. · B2C experience is required; financial services or fintech experience is an advantage.
