About the Role

Medici is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a member of the executive leadership team during an exciting period of growth. This is a high-trust, high-impact role for someone with strong executive support experience, exceptional judgment, discretion, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate has previously supported a founder, C-suite leader, or senior executive, knows how to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable using modern tools and AI to improve efficiency.

This person will play a critical role in helping the executive stay organized, prepared, and focused on the company’s highest-priority initiatives.
