Sales Representatives

Job Description (Sales Representative) The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling Verse Telecom’s fibre internet services, acquiring new customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential customers within target markets. Promote Verse Telecom’s fibre internet plans and services. Generate leads through field marketing, referrals, social media, and other channels. Follow up with prospects and convert leads into paying customers. Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.

Educate customers on available internet plans, pricing, and benefits. Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Work closely with the technical and customer service teams to facilitate customer onboarding and installations. Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, sales, and customer information.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities. * Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports.
