• Identify inconsistencies in contracts and deviations from the Funds’ required/preferred contract terms, propose/draft contract language and escalate potential risks or discrepancies to Contract Supervisor
• T i m e l y r ev i ew r e q u e s t s f or a n d acc u r a t e l y d r a f t v ari o us co n tr a c t s, including but not limited to, u s i ng t h e Fun d s’ a p pr o ved t emp l ates a n d r ev i ew a n d ana l yze r ev i s i o n s r e q u e s t ed t o t he F u n d s’ t e m p l ate a g r e e m e n t s
• R ev i ew a n d r ev i se ve n d or co n tr a c t s (with a focus on hotel/event, professional consulting, training program, and facility operations/services) as a ss i g n ed t o ens u r e t e r m s comp l y wi t h Fun d s’ p oli c i es, p r o ce d ures and co nt r acti n g r e q u i r e m e n t s

• Conduct targeted legal and regulatory research to support contract negotiations and compliance with applicable laws and industry standards
• A ccura t e l y submit co nt r a c t s a n d docume n t s f o r r ev i e w i n t o t he co n tr a ct m a n a g e m e n t sy s t em and provide back-up coverage for the signature coordinator role in the contract approval and execution process as n e e d ed
• Prepare monthly and annual contract reports and metrics on a timely basis to inform and effectuate identification of trends, and generate ad-hoc reports including those to support strategic decision-making
• Serve as the primary liaison between Legal Operations, Fund’s Procurement teams, and Internal Compliance, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries for executed contracts
