Position Summary

As a Residential Service Plumber , you’ll diagnose plumbing issues, perform repairs and installations, and help homeowners understand their options. You’ll deliver quality workmanship and professional service while working closely with dispatch and branch leadership. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates clearly, and treats customers’ homes with care and respect.

What You’ll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential plumbing systems. Install and repair piping, fixtures, water heaters, and related plumbing components. Perform plumbing maintenance and identify potential issues. Explain findings, recommended solutions, and service options clearly to homeowners. Complete work safely and in accordance with applicable plumbing codes and company standards.

Maintain company-provided tools, equipment, and your service vehicle. Accurately document work performed and relevant job details. Communicate effectively with customers, dispatchers, and team members. Protect customer property and maintain clean, organized work areas. What We’re Looking For Three or more years of residential plumbing experience.

Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, tools, and installation and repair techniques. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Excellent customer service and communication skills. A strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship.

A professional, positive, and team-oriented approach. High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred: Experience using ServiceTitan . Relevant trade school training or plumbing certifications.
