Utility Aide/Dishwasher - FT

The Utility Aide supports the daily operations of the senior living community by maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors. This role is essential to dining services, housekeeping support, and overall sanitation, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance while contributing to a positive resident experience. Utility Aides work closely with dining, housekeeping, and care teams to assist with cleaning, dishwashing, waste disposal, and general upkeep of common areas, while demonstrating respect, patience, and compassion when interacting with older adults.
