The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, team members, and community property. This role monitors the premises, conducts routine patrols, responds to emergencies, and enforces community safety policies and procedures. The Security Officer serves as a visible presence within the community, providing exceptional customer service while helping ensure the well-being and peace of mind of senior residents.
