Supervises and assists the Outlet Manager with operations, such as inspecting and maintaining accurate service and consistency of products.

Provides exceptional service to guests, promotes and maintains good employee relations between service kitchen and dining room, and leads in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members. Ensures all corporate, regional, and local hotel standards of operating policies and procedures are adhered to. A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.

A minimum of five (5) years of experience in fine dining restaurant operations within a luxury hotel is preferred. Demonstrates exceptional leadership, strong guest service orientation, and the ability to inspire colleagues to deliver service excellence. Proficient in Opera, Microsoft Office applications, and hotel loyalty programs.
